Classes and Programs to inform and educate producers across the district.
Chemigation
Nitrogen
Nitrogen Management Certification Classes are required for producers in the Phase II and Phase III areas of Tri-Basin NRD's Groundwater Management Area. These classes are offered every winter, starting in January. Renewal is required every 4 years. Class dates are listed at the bottom of the Water/Water Quality page and on the Tri-Basin NRD Events page. South-Central Water Conference
The South-Central Water Conference, held in late January/early February, brings together experts and area agricultural producers to discuss important water issues.
Area merchants and agricultural suppliers are also on hand to discuss their products and services with conference attendees.
The South Central Water Conference is sponsored by Tri-Basin Natural Resources District, Lower Republican Natural Resources District, Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District, and Nebraska Extension.

Conservation Awards
