Groundwater Management Informational Meeting. Tri-Basin NRD wants affected landowners and irrigators to understand why a Phase Two designation is being considered for Eaton Township and how that might affect your farming operation in the future. For this reason we will hold an informational meeting at the Heartwell Community Building on Wednesday, September 4th at 2 PM. During this meeting there will be an opportunity to ask questions and get informed about groundwater supplies in eastern Kearney County. Interested persons are also welcome to call the Tri-Basin NRD office if they have questions or need additional information about this issue.
